Senior Project Architect - High End Residential

We are looking for a Project Architect with at least 8 years experience; minimum 3 years in the local industry with the same employer.
Renato D’Ettorre Architects is a boutique architectural design studio focused on bespoke high-end residential architecture. This position will suit an experienced architect with a true passion for detail and design.
Our studio is located on the Darlinghurst side of Paddington with a relaxed feel, high ceilings and and plenty of natural light with cafes, restaurants and transport close by.
You will work on high-end residential projects which will be an asset to any design portfolio.
You will be responsible for project coordination over all stages from design through to delivery. You will have solid construction knowledge and excellent technical drafting skills. Excellent communication skills, a solid-working attitude and immaculate presentation skills are essential.
A Registered Architect, or someone who is about to undertake the process, is preferred. This will be a permanent role for the right person and salary will be in the range of $85k-$100k inc Super (commensurate with level of experience and suitability).
Required:
– Vectorworks CAD 2D (3D preferable)
– Sketch Up
– Adobe Suite
_ Microsoft Office
– a solid understanding of construction documentation and detailing and a working knowledge of relevant standards and codes
– high-end residential architecture experience,
