Registered Senior Project Architect – HIGH END RESIDENTIAL

Renato D’Ettorre Architects is a small design-focused Architectural and Interior Design studio. We are seeking an exceptional Registered Senior Project Architect for a permanent 4-5 day a week position at our Darlinghurst studio.

Start date ASAP.

As a Registered Senior Project Architect, you will work on various high-end, bespoke residential projects from concept design development through to delivery.  In this role, you will be responsible for:

·        Leading projects from concept design development to construction

·        Tracking the progress of each project and reporting to the director

·        Building and maintaining client relationships

·        Liaising with clients, council, consultants

·        Producing 3D Archicad or 3D Vectorworks, checking and marking up shop drawings

The ideal candidate for the role will be an all-rounder with the following experience, skills and attributes:

·        10+ years postgraduate experience in coordinating complex high end residential projects in a similar role

·        NSW Registration (preferable)

·        Local experience

·        Proven experience in coordinating a small internal team and liaising with clients, council, consultants

·        Proficient in documenting in 3D Archicad or 3D Vectorworks

·        A high sense of responsibility with an excellent eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills

·        Mature communication skills

·        A strong work ethic and “can do” attitude

·        An eagerness to learn and a commitment to deliver outstanding work

·        Excellent time management and organisational skills

·        Solid understanding of construction documentation and detailing, working knowledge of relevant standards and codes

·        A degree in architecture from a recognised university
